Delivery & Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer shipping all over India and Internationally. Usually the order is dispatched within 48 hours and is delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch. If stocks are available: orders placed before 1 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, the payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping charges are mentioned on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / FedEx. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

International delivery time is approximately 10 to 12 days.

For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and Shree Yamuna Fashion is cannot reimburse the charges.

International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.

TRACKING

  • An e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

 

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

Shree Yamuna Fashion is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and mail us at shreeyamunafashion196@gmail.com We will contact Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once courier company has approved and paid the claim to Shree Yamuna Fashion we will forward the applicable amount to you (note: original insurance cost is not refundable).
